Dependable and robust, KP-9 Pistol from Kalashnikov USA is a civilian legal semi-automatic authentic version of the Russian Vityaz submachine gun, 100% US-made. The KP-9 is an easy-to-operate AK-style pistol that works on a blowback operating system. It is chambered in 9x19mm with a barrel length of 9.25″ and accepts 30 and 10 round Kalashnikov USA magazines. It has a hinged top cover with Picatinny rail and specially designed feed ramps to accommodate jacketed hollow point bullets.With its hinge block and quick detach mount on the back, the KP-9 comes SBR ready, which allows you to enjoy shooting while waiting on your BATFE paperwork.

We do not charge credit card fees! After the Supreme Court’s ruling on South Dakota vs. Wayfair in June of 2018, many states are adopting new sales tax legislation. As a result, you may see sales tax applied to your order upon checkout. The amount of sales tax charged will depend on your designated SHIP TO address. If you have any questions about this new policy, please contact the Department of Revenue office in your state.

THE ONLY ACCEPTED METHOD OF PAYMENT is Gunbroker.com’s checkout system. The checkout system will accept Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express. If the GunBroker’s checkout system is not accepting payment, please give us a call to collect payment manually over the phone so we may proceed with the transaction.

Shipping

Shipping is $34.99 for handguns and long guns, $14.95 for ammunition, from $9.99 to $24.99 for other goods. The rates are estimates and they can change based upon quantity of item purchased, its size and weight. Residents of Alaska or Hawaii will incur adjusted shipping rates (contact us for shipping cost). 

Handguns are shipping UPS 2nd Day Air, Long rifles and shotguns are shipped UPS Ground. Buyers retain the ability to expedite shipping of a long gun to next day or 2nd day air; however, handguns may only ship UPS 2nd Day Air. Optics below $350 ship USPS, above this amount will ship UPS Ground unless the customer requests otherwise. Higher value items are shipped via UPS Ground which includes insurance. In the rare instance of a lost/missing package, we will work with the carrier to locate the missing item as this is not a fault of the customer.

NOTICE: In-store pickup may incur an additional handling fee if the purchased item is located in the off-site warehouse. Our Customer Service will inform you in this case.

We also have this item for sale locally at our retail store. We make every effort to remove the product off the shelf once it sells online. However, sometimes the item will sell before we can remove it. In this instance you will receive a full refund or we can give you additional options for a similar product.

In order to remain in accordance with a state’s compliance, it is ideal for the buyer to contact their local dealer to ensure they are willing to accept the transfer. Please, note, we are not able to ship the firearm without the magazines to make them compliant with buyer’s state, or swap standard capacity for state compliant mags.

NOTICE-Check your local laws prior to bidding. If you win this item and it is not legal in your jurisdiction, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee as well as our listing/final value fees!

Payment and FFL (for applicable items) must be received within 7 days WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. We can only accept FFL’s by e-mail at Gunbroker@webyshops.com. Faxed FFL’s are currently not accepted. Be sure your dealer includes your name and item description with the FFL.

Even brand new firearms are rarely without minor imperfections. We work diligently to document and photo any imperfections, however photos may not always reveal all imperfections. Our firearms are displayed in our retail store. It is possible that this firearm/item may have been displayed or handled. For new guns, the exact firearm in the photo may not be the actual gun you receive if we have multiple in stock (things such as woodgrain may vary).

Stock photos may be used on some of our auctions. This means that this item is currently located at one of our other warehouses across the country and actual product photos are not available. You are still welcome to pick these items up at our retail store in North Richland Hills, TX, however, please allow 2-3 days for product arrival in this case.
